Patellar Tendonitis

Anyone else experienced Patellar Tendonitis? Ideas for exercises I can do or stretch that would be helpful? I'm so frustrated, I'd been doing so well with the C25K program, then hurt my knees, not sure if it was exercise or injury or some combination. Anyone with any tips for healing would be appreciated!

    I just got the PT Knee strap, and started doing squats and leg extensions to strengthen the Vastus Medialis muscle.

    Check out CW-X running pants. They're expensive but, worth every dime. They support the knees better than anything else I've tried.

    I had to wear knee braces. I also took glucosamine and chondroitin supplements.
  • A good massage therapist might help as well....one who understands sports injuries and treatments.
