As you may all relate, it is not easy to shed those extra pounds...especially with no support! I am about 25 lbs. overweight and though most people can't see it, people who have known me for a little over 2 years can. Not only them, but my clothes have noticed the weight gain too... It is so, that they either refuse to fit or decide to rip... :/

Feel free to visit my profile and check my pics! I started faithfully a couple days ago and am looking forward to reaching my goal. I am currently at 185 lbs. and soon will be at 160, so help me God!

    Yup.....this is the place to be if you want to shed those 25 pounds. Those numbers hold you accountable! It really does work! Just remember to exercise, drink water, and make sure you are eating enough calories. You will drop those 25 unwanted pounds in no time!!! Good luck! Lisa from Cali
