Trouble waking up during the week.

Hi there. I don't know whether it is because the winter is setting in and it is always dark, but whenever my alarm goes off during the week I do not want to get up. I feel exhausted! Even after a restful weekend I still struggle to get up. Even if I go to bed super early I still feel like I haven't had enough sleep. I am a teacher and it is coming to the end or term so that will have something to do with it as we all get tired towards the end of term. Has anyone got any tips to get a more restful night's sleep (I seem to be dreaming constantly) and also to wake up a little easier (i.e. Not wear out the snooze button). Any help would be greatly received.
By the way I do exercise and that doesn't seem to give me a more restful night's sleep. I also tend to only drink water. I find that if I drink drinks with caffeine in I am worse. I also Hate the smell of coffee and don't like tea much. The only drink with caffeine I drink is diet coke.
