I am female, 29 (now) and 5 foot 4. I should weigh about 120 pounds apparently. However, I have always been fairly muscular. Here is a picture of me about 2 years ago at about 180 pounds. I weigh 155 pounds now. I dn't currently have a digital camera. My buddy says I am built like a bulldog. All muscle (I grew up playing in the forests of northern British Columbia, swimming in the ocean, etc).

This pic is about 3 years old and I am about 150 there.

(Yeah, I realize you can't see that much of my body, my friends took these pics and put them up on facebook). I remember being in my early 20s and I got down to about 125 after being sick for a few months. - I looked really thin and sickly). So, at what point do you ignore the scale? I know I look very overweight in the first pic but I don't think I look that overweight in the secnd even though I am about 15 pounds overweight... sorry for how blurry it is).
Your opinion? I also have a fairly low blood pressure (90/60 usually, 80/50 when I am sick, if I am really stressed it shoots up to about 110/70 or so).
Thanks.
