hi!
i appologise in advance if this ? has already been answered and i just need to search...

when i originally set my goals back on 1/5/09 i set up the following:

workout x 3 per week
burn 690 calories per week
90 minutes total workout

what i actually burn is a lot more than that:
workout x 4 per week
this week i burned 1596 calories + i might work out tomorrow as well!
120 minutes total workout or 150 if igo tomorrow

so, question is, should i change my goals to reflect the actual or just keep doing what i am doing?

yes, i eat my excercise calories and drink my agua. :drinker:

thanks!

I think you'd be okay leaving it....
I mean unless it really bugs you.
Since the number of workouts isn't really factored in until you do it.
I guess for reports it may reflect differently...like "over" your goal.

I would change it. I had a message today when I logged on and because of the amount of weight I had lost it was making me change mine. I think it could adjust your calories.

    ok, thanks guys!

i changed it just to see what would happen (i was initially afraid of screwing everything up!) and it didnt change at all. so, i am good to go! i still estimated lower than what i do now because i may want an 'off' day once and a while.

    thanks again, happy thursday! :flowerforyou:
