Hey guys... well i really want my bf to start working out..... but he doesn't have the time to go to gym.. n since even i do workout dvds.... i thought i'd convince him to start using one.......

I want a really gud and fun fitness dvd for him...something that will keep him glued and he won't get bored.... somethings that not very repetitive!!!!!

He has a good physique but even he wants to build a few muscles like every other guy :) and even i'd luv that.... so please suggest...!!!

Here is a picture of him :)

  • I've been doing 30DS, you don't need to stick with the 5kg recommendation, some guys do it with up to 20 (not me yet lol)

Also George saint pierre has a video, I haven't tried it yet but he's a freakishly imba MMA fighter so I'd expect it to be good: RUSHFIT

My husband liked the look of P90 when I borrowed one of their DVD's off a friend. That said 30DS needs less space to exercise in and is only 25 minutes compared to P90's 60 minute classes !

P90X and they just released the new P90X 2 so have a look at that. Great program.

Insanity is very good too but you really need to be in top notch form to stick to it.
