So it's a new morning and a new plan again. Found out Friday I have high Cholesterol and Boderline Diabetes and Vitamin D deficiency, OMG, I'm only 33, Some of this runs in my family. So , I was given 3 months to lose weight ( need to lose 50 lbs ) and bring levels down or I would have to be put on MEDS . So, now I have to really push it. Cleaned out fridge and replaced with low fat and lots of fruits and veggies.
DOES any one have any suggestions on what kind of diet plan i should do? I heard of the Mediterranean Diet, is that a GOOD one? Any suggestion would help, thanks in advance

I would do the belly fat cure. It's basically low sugar.

Any of the low carb diets will suit your needs. Check into a low glycemic load diet.... all about the insulin! Good Luck to you!0

First of all, get another opinion and hopeful from someone who specializes in lipids. Anyway exercise, a diet that is mostly natural with more protein than the RDA recommends and not low fat like you suggest, but one that has at least 20% from natural ingredients. Sugar is basically the enemy and refined carbs, not eggs, so make sure you talk to a dietitian as well, that has experience in this subject.0
