Hi there
Does anyone know if there is a tool to use on this site to convert measurements? For example - as I am in the UK I use grams to weigh food. Quite a lot of food items has the "cup" measurement. I have no idea whatsover what the equivalent to the american "cup" is. Any help anyone.

I use google. I weigh myself normally at work which is in kg and I normally want to use lbs. So I just type in to google.com 76 kg convert to lbs and normally its right there. I'm sure you could do the same for food.

I weigh my food in grams as well. You won't find that you can convert easily from a unit of weight (grams) to a unit of volume (cup). On most of the nutritional labels you should find that that they will say something about the serving size being say... 3/4 cup of chopped nuts but then next to it they will say 50g. I weigh all my stuff in grams and haven't had a problem being able to find how many grams are in a suggested serving for the calories listed.
