Bellydancing as workout :)

Have any of you belly danced as a workout routine? If not i think you all should give it a try, it's great fun, you loose a lot of cals and better yet, it does even feel like you've worked out for too long.

Every day before i have breakfast, i do mine in sections of 3, 10 minutes each, and loose about 130.5 cals each section. Thats a total of 391.5 cals in just 30 minutes.

Give it a try, and let me know your feedback. :)

    True that. I did it for lyk less then a month and i can feel my sides ache and toughin. :)

    So, you must of tried it?

    I take belly dancing class every Thursday with my sister and my girlfriends! It is quite fun and a good workout. My abs are always sore after class. It's an hour and a half so my calorie burn on Thursdays are through the roof!
