Calories remaining

So far this week I have remaining calories every day @200-250, and I'm over on the protein -2 to -4
Should I try to get this closer to what its telling me for the 1200 cal per day?
I'm not sure what to do???

    If you are not eating at least 1200 a day...eat more.

    i agree. If you are eating less than 1200 you are not getting enough nutrients
  • I agree w/ what everyone said above, for sure. Also, don't worry about being over on protein. I'd worry more about being over on everything else, depending on what your health goals are. For instance, if you're blood pressure is high watch the sodium and fat intake. If you're diabetic, watch the sugars. And so on..

    I'm having a problem being under my calories but over in my protien! But the good thing is I know that i'm only under on my calories because of my work outs
