Not sure of the calories but it’s certainly not on the high fat side.

Broccoli (2 crowns) washed night before and well dried,,, ( so it turns out crispy)
Lots of Garlic to your taste chopped thin
Cooking spray ( pam) Butter flavored
Lemon zest 1/3 cup
Lemon Juice
Parmesan reduced fat or normal to taste.

Heat the over to 400 F while your doing that take your broccoli and cut into little florets
I peel the stems and make sure the little leaves are off so its not bitter.
Place on a baking sheet.
Place thin chopped garlic over the broccoli florets
Spray the broccoli with cooking spray to lightly coat.
Place in the oven about 20 minutes or till the broccoli is nicely browned.
When done zest the lemon over it and then squeeze the juice to coat then lightly dust
With fresh or canned parmesan. Serve hot.

warning too much of it and your doing the similar song as ode to fiber one.
  • sounds great! I've done something similiar with cauliflower...just roast it after drizzling with olive oil, then melt some butter with garlic. This was before I started eating healthier, so you can substitute whatever for the butter-but it turns out great!

Can't wait to try the broccoli
