    I'm in!! Starting weight today is 233 and I'm GOING to be 223 by the time the new year rolls around. No "trying to" or "wanting to" lose weight, I WILL LOSE IT!!! :bigsmile: Good luck to everyone!!! We're totally going to rock this Christmas season!!!!

    Oops - just read your comment about a group of 10 and definitely think you should expand that to a couple more. :)
