What vitamins and/or supplements do you take? How about something for those of us who "theoretically" don't eat enough veggies? Just wondering what vitamins most of you take.

    I take a multi vitamin- Opti-women by Optimum Nutrition
  • I take a multi vitamin w/folic acid

    Also calcium, and omega 3

    I take a Nature Made Women's Vitamin Pack. It contains a multivitamin, calcium, Vit C, and Vit B. It comes in a 30-day supply for less than $15, and I can occasionally catch it on BOGO at Kroger or Walgreens!

    I just take fish oil pills, and I also take nature's bounty hair, skin, and nail supplements because it's got pretty much everything in it.

    If you want to add extra nutritional goodness to your food, you could also try sprinkling ground flax seed meal, or nutritional yeast onto your salads and soups and whatnot.
  • I take Centrum Chewables Multi-Vitamin +Iron. Just taking a multi-vitamin in general will help fill some of the holes from not getting enough veggies. But nothing but actual veggies will ever give you the full benefits.

    I take a multi vitamin, 1000 mg of calcium and 2000 IU of Vitamin D. You need the viatmin D to help with calcium absorption. As for the lack of veggies, how about a green smoothie. I promise you won't tast the spinach.

    2 Cups of spinach
    1 cup of frozen berries
    1 cup of water
    pack of Splenda or 2 tsp of honey

    Just blend and enjoy. Super low in calories.
