Body pump!!

:bigsmile: Hey so just curious my gym started this new class called Body Pump I have been really wanting to try it but it looks so intimadating. Has anyone tried it before? What exactly does it do for you?

  • Its great! I do it three times a week. Its a weight class but also has some cardio elements to it. Its done to popular music and is a great workout!

    I love love love this class i do it 2x's a week its a great work out and great for toning although the first time you are gonna b e very sore but its so worth it...

    I LOVE it. I go at least twice a week..sometimes three. Just go. Let the instructor know you are a first timer so that she can show you the right set up and form. It is a great workout!

    love love love b.p. i go twice a week. i usually don't even lift (strenght training) other than this class. it's not cardio, but your heart does get going!

    The most cals I have burned in a BP class is 575, but it was a night I went up on my weight and the instructor was my favorite! Usually I burn about 400-450, pending how motivated I am!
