NewBe Here!! Needing LOTS of support and food ideas!

Hi! I'm new to this site! I have tried diets and pills and all of that crap before! I know better, I am a nurse! I want to feel better about myself and have confidence! I need some ideas for workouts and meal planning! I like to cook, but I get tired of eating the same things over and over again. I wish everyone luck on here and am willing to help you all when and where I can! Thank you!!

    Welcome! I love the skinnytaste.com website. She has great recipes and it feels like you're endulging. :) As far as exercise I started with the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD. It's tough but totally worth the results.
