Come and hear O'Neal Hampton who was on The Biggest Loser speak at the Ellsworth High School Auditorium at 6pm on Monday, November 28th. Ellsworth High School is located at 323 Hillcrest Street Ellsworth, Wisconsin 54011

Biggest Loser Comes to Ellsworth
The E Fit Program is proud to announce that O’Neal Hampton from Season 9 of the Biggest Loser will be speaking to the students in grades fifth through twelfth on Monday, November 28th from 1:00 to 2:00. O’Neal comes to us through an alumnus, Annette Fitterer (Murphy). The story started when O’Neal realized that he had to make a change in his lifestyle. He was morbidly obese at 389 pounds and suffering from several medical conditions. The reality of dealing with obesity made him face the fact that he was jeopardizing his life and the time he spent with his family. He also had to face the reality that his choices were helping to influence his daughter’s obesity. Dealing with this reality helped O’Neal to make the hard choice to improve his health and his life. The weight loss was not easy and he had to face many of his demons that helped him to get to the state of obesity. His biggest hurdle in this journey was his low self-esteem. He presently is weighing in at a lean 230 pounds.
O’Neal Hampton will also do a presentation in the evening for the general public. That event will take place on Monday, November 28th from 6:00 - 7:00p.m. in the High School Auditorium. This event is free to the community.
This event is being brought to Ellsworth through the generous sponsorships of: E Fit (Ellsworth Fitness PEP Grant), H.E.A.L. (Pierce County Healthy Eating and Active Living Committee), Fitness Influence, Ellsworth Chiropractic & Wellness, River Falls YMCA and Allina Hospital & Clinics of River Falls.
