I easily hit 8,000 calories but its only one day. Right back on track the next day.0

I ate turkey thus and friday! But I worked out both days so I tried to offset it by a little.0

I promised I wouldn't, ended up going over without noticing. My hubby told me he counted how many carbs I ate and it was more than what I counted. I went back and counted how many we had left over and he was rite. Thankfully We walked for 13 hours over this past Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so no gains. yay!0

First thing I did on Thanksgiving day was step on a scale.... why? To remind myself how far I've gotten.
It read 156.6 lbs. I did pretty well and I did indulge in the desserts- sweet potato pie, pecan tarts, pumpkin bread, etc but with moderation. I also made it a point to move as much as I can- took the kids to the park and actively play with them and then later on as the other watch the games on TV, another bunch of us spent time together catching up and playing Wii Fit Plus.
Yes, I went over my caloric intake even with all the activities and exercises I got that day. I had left overs the next few days but I still stuck with my workout regiment and maintained being below my caloric goals.
Best part, I hit 156 lbs this Saturday... that's 59 lbs of fat off my frame. Mind over matter... It is Not easy but worth it :bigsmile:0 -

I started the pig-fest on Tuesday(daughter cam home from college), and it continued until Saturday. We did entirely too much drinking! Sunday I started to make amends, but this morning I'm up 1.2 lbs. I don't think that's too bad, and I'm hoping it's water weight. But I did do a 30 mile ride Thanksgiving morning! Does that atone for my sins?? I also limited the overeating to one meal, and watched the calories the rest of the day.0
