hi guys:) i wasn't losing at all despite being mostly quite good for nearly 3 months i put on 4lbs:( so i'm gonna give the 17DD a go, starting tomorrow (tho i've kind of started today seeing as i've only had protein & veg today). lets see if this works when nothing else did!

going low carb worked for me, weight's been dropping off since.. I throw in a few treats meals a week and rest of week replace potatoes, rice, etc with more veg. add extra exercise on days I have my 'treat meals' so I've got an extra 600-800cals to play with.. but don't eat them all back and steadily losing 2-3lbs a week.0

I'm not very good at sticking to pre-planned diets but 17 days at a time doesn't sound too hard. Webmd.com gives it a good review.
