hey everyone! I am in need of some motivation. I have lost a total of 34 pounds since last december and have kept it off. I was losing weight for a concert that I saw in June. I meet and saw the backstreet boys for the first time and really wanted to look my best. Now that the concert is over I have nothing to loss weight for. I recently bought a house and have been so busy with pakcing, painting and moveing i didn't have the time to workout, but still was watching what I was eating, but now that we are settled in I don't want to work out or even care about eating right. I NEED SOME HELP TO GET ME BACK ON TRACK! Any suggestions would help. PLEASE!:)

You don't need a "reason" to lose weight....do it for you!!! Add me if you would like :flowerforyou:0

I am still struggling with thsi statement but the motivation is YOU!!! YOUR health, YOUR life, and what YOUR dreams are for that life!! I read your profile and see that you want kids someday and that is also a great motivation as well. For me my hubby is disabled so I dont want to be unhealthy anymore. Since your job is fast paced and stressful I would think workouts would help you release some of that, workouts help me alot!!! Good Luck!!0

Looking damn fine and fitting into a pair of cute jeans is totally motivation enough to keep working out/losing weight/maintaining weight loss. Do it because of how good it feels to look in the mirror and think, "Wow, I really look good."0

Living in my skin is my motivation. I have to be happy with who I am and when I look in the mirror I should not cringe. That is my motivation. Being happy with who you are should be the biggest motivation of all!!!0

I know, look at some pics of yourself before you lost the weight and ask yourself if you want to go back there? Because that's where you are headed.....0

I saw more reasons than just the concert you listed in your profile. You listed looking good, being healthy, having a kid... but if immediate reminder is needed - maybe put a pair of jeans on the wall that you can't fit into yet. In your bedroom, on the wall, so you see them OFTEN... you will look and be all "I WANT to wear those, time to workout"0
