Hi all - I'm wanting to get a stability ball to use for crunches and also for some very upper body weights. How do you know what size ball to buy? There seem to be so many to choose from!

Thanks!

I just bought a 65cm for P90X2... not sure though. I've heard the smaller the harder. I also have a 55cm and 75cm just in case, but I've read 55cm is a good starting point.

I just copied this from another site for you:

Before you buy a ball, make sure it's the right size for your height. To test it, sit on the ball and make sure your hips are level or just slightly higher than the knees :

    55 cm - 4'11" - 5'4"
    65 cm - 5'5" - 5'11"
    75 cm - 6'0" - 6' 7"

    I have a 75cm ball & a 55cm one, I'm only 5'4" & I find the 55cm ball much easier to use. They're awesome for a good workout! :)

Thank you! That's very helpful. I'm 5'7", so I'm thinking the 65 cm size will be best...
