Hey guys! My name is Jack from Oklahoma and i'm 23 years old. I'm not really new to MFP, but I haven't really been serious about it until now, and I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here! I saw the results that my fiancee Brittani has gotten out of this website and I can see that it really works!
In 2008 I was 276lbs and decided to do something about it, i've been more proactive, and i'm now down to 251 but I decided to get real about it and use this site to drop some serious tonage.
I'll be posting my journal on here and pictures of my results every month. So stay tuned!
