I just got a HRM from someone and I dont have the directions for it. I used it when I did the 30 day shred level 2. When I went to check the calories burned on the watch there is 3 different levels on the watch to check and they all say different amounts of calories. One said 78, one said 138 and one said 230. How do I know which one is the right amount of calories and what do the 3 different levels mean? Any help will be great.:flowerforyou:

What kind is it? Search online and see if you can find the owners manual online. Lots of times you can.
