tummy question :P after having kids. . .

so after ive had my two beautiful daughters my tummys a bit scary. lol well i have read on here a long time ago about how u have to put ur tummy back together after having kids with some kind of exercise. im na looking to spot reduce. . .blah blah blah. . . just dont remember the name of whatever it was and would like to know if anyone out there can tell me some exercises to fix it or at least what it was called :) thz lots (sorry ahead of time for my spelling autocorrect phone :/)

    Have you tried Pilates... they do wonders on working the whole core section after having kids. Unfortunately, I can't really do them right now because my stomach is so weak from not only having kids, but having surgery that cut through my abdominal muscles. But give them a try. They will give you noticeable results! :)

    There's a CAT Stretch where you are on hands and knees (seriously) and then you arch your back up sucking in your belly. I saw that in my Oxygen Magazine once. Did I try it? No. My kid is 9, but I'm keeping it in mind in case I get preggers again.

    no havent tried pilates hav been doin bellydancing tho which wks it but it isnt rele about jus working it its where ur tummy has been seperated like i think ur ab muscles and u have to gradually work them back together

    Hello ladies. I ve personally heard Pilates is a great workout for the tummy area. or try my personal fav Hatha Yoga. Need any more help Get at me.
