I know this may sound semi-dumb, but how do I create a meal? I cant figure it out and im sick of tracking my coffee, creamer and sugar every day and Id love to make it just ONE item! ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

Under each catergory is an option that says quick tools. Click that and you should see the remember meal option.0

You can click Quick Tools after you have added the food to the Food Diary. It will give you a page asking you to name and save it, then you can search for it like any other food.0

Recipe tool is a good one too - under the food tab0

Click on food and then recipes and then create new recipe and then as long as it has 2 or more ingredients it will take it. Then when you log...just go to recipes and find it, check it and wala!0
