    I can't believe no one has mentioned Fred Phelps and his whole entire family (especially his daughter Shirley Phelps Roper). They are complete whackos and really creep me out.

    5. A local homeless lady that comes into my store and leaves bizarre pamphlets. She's 6'3" and always has a cane and a random child with her. God knows where she gets these kids.
    6. Our Mall Santa. My son says he's "a 290 in a red suit, hell no I ain't taking a picture with him!".
    A 290 is CA Penal Code for a sex offender. I've been around the police too long lol.
