day 5 @ gym

another good workout tonight was cardio and abs. we had the kids tonight so it was a little rushed so we didn't get charged more money. (next week we are paying extra so we don't feel rushed and we can workout 75-90 minutes without worries) but it was still good I burned 520. I feel good my body is a little sore but thats good.
So far this week I have burned 3,151 calories at the gym (I am happy about that) I will def hit my 3500 calories burned tomorrow and pass it actually because tomorrow we plan on working out for ALOT longer doing alot of cardio I can't wait because we are going to throw in some racketball (which is sooo much fun and burns alot of calories)
