Wii Just Dance / Xbox Dance Central

Hi, do any of you do the Wii Just Dance or Xbox Dance Central? Unfortunately they don't have the calories burned for that here on MFP and i have been using Aerobics to calculate the calories lost, do you think i should use that? Would that be the closest to use for this?

Just Dance for Wii burns lots of calories, but it also depends how intense you dance. If you have access to one, you can use a heart rate monitor.

I usually log it as "Dancing" actually.

I love Just Dance 2 and 3 and Dance Central.

on the xbox dance central select your song, and select perform it, when it goes to the next screen select workout mode.

From then on it will tally up the exact time to the second that you spend dancing and the exact calories you burn.

you will notice that the harder you dance and the more effort you put in the more calories you burn.

As far as i know the Wii just dance doesnt have this facility.
