Okay, so I went to Prezzo this evening for a reunion dinner and had a tiger prawn caesar salad without cheese. How do I log this? I know it's not going to be the full 500, but I have no idea how many calories the cheese contains...

seriously, just an estimate would be good. I can't find the food on the database, so :S0

If you ate something with a little cheese earlier in the day, don't log that cheese? Or maybe just log the full calorie count and accept that it is an overestimate.0
