I desperately want to move my ticker down!
But i feel like doing all this exercise is going to spurt weight GAIN in the first few weeks because of the additional muscle im sure i'll build from the running and weight elements of 30DS.
I know im not massively far into this but im scared i'll feel like ive tripped at the first hurdle
Anyone else had this issue, im hoping someone else out there has felt like this too if im honest

I was exactly the same in my first few weeks . I started off doing the same as you, cardio+ 30 day shred. Your muscles do hold onto water with the Shred which can make the scales go up, but you are still losing fat and that's the important thing. You should take your measurements as well, as they will go down. Don't be discouraged if the scale goes up initially, don't panic it will go back down:) xx0

You're not going to build muscle doing running or 30DS. You'd have to eat a surplus of calories and lift heavy for a long time to achieve any significant gains.0 -
You gotta take al longer term view-- where you want to be 5 weeks from now, 6 months from now. .. not tomorrow.
It WILL get better!0
