I tried to have a milkshake for the first time in quite awhile. it made me absolutely sick. I was so disgusted that I couldn't finish it. A few months ago, I could've had multiple milkshakes, 1000s of calories, and not known nor cared.

Fantastic! Isn't it interesting how once your body breaks the addiction to refined sugar you can feel the damage it does to you? I'm so proud

I know exactly how you feel! I decided to eat some pie for Thanksgiving and had the same encounter! It is truly amazing how your body changes! Great NSV! I hadn't thought about it being one for myself!!!0
