Hey friends...people keep saying...dont let your body get used to of same routine..so do you think doing 30 DS and ripped in 30 back to back for 3-4 months would mean I am not making my body guess...I felt each level of both the workouts are different so should not be the case..any advice...have those last 10 pounds to go...it seems ages...thank you all...

I am having the same issues as yours, I have those last few pounds to get rid of... But it is just not easy, so stay motivated and keep doing your workouts.. Well, lets hear what others have to say!
