I look good skinny, but better with muscle. With muscle I have an *kitten* that makes the boyz wanna grab it! Yayahhhhhhh!0

i like skinny because when my legs are thin , my *kitten* looks big ahhaa0

My boyfriend loves that I am fit and a little muscular. He said he would not find me as attractive if I turned into a walking stick.
Being able to keep up with him when we workout, even out doing him on some things, makes me just a little hotter he says0 -
I'm never going to be skinny, but curvy and some good muscle tone I can do.0

Toned look for me!0

I'm not sure I fit in any mold.
I'm very fit, slender with some curves? Who knows. I'm happy and healthy, siggy loves it. Good enough for me.0 -
Isn't it amazing when you learn what works best for you so you can flaunt it? I wouldn't have much of a booty if I didn't do squats. I would be this frail little thing. Thinking of what could happen to me if I stop working out scares me (shivers).0

That's cool! If I didn't feel the need to do what I do, I probably wouldn't either. I am on a whole other level of "high maintenance"!0 -

I want to be athletic, toned, firm, muscular, etc. however you want to say it. I don't understand this whole curvy thing, because curvy on me is pure pudgy fatness. It looks better on others than me! And skinny? No! I want to be slender, like wearing a size 2, but you can have that size AND be muscular and athletic.
For how to get there, I am doing a full body weight routine 3 days a week (technically 3 different routines, but the same muscle groups are worked in the same order on each) as well as 6 days a week of cardio (us endomorphs burn fat more slowly than the rest, so 2-3 days of cardio doesn't do much for us unless we want to maintain). I eat at a calorie deficit between my BMR and TDEE and aim to hit my macros as closely as possible without being too anal about it. Food choices are more for health than for weight loss since that's just calorie differences.0 -
I've been skinny, and it's just awkward on me because I DO have boobs and hips. Also, it's hard enough as is finding a bra at 32D... 30D is near impossible. I'm looking to be fit and am doing it through running. My legs have already changed, and I'm in love with them!0
