New to MFP (sort of)

I joined MFP a few years ago but didn't really use the site. I finally lost most of my weight with another diet program, but have been yo-yoing ever since May 2011 with the last 15-20 pounds. I finally decided it's time to get serious about it (again) and lose it for good.

I really like the fact that MFP lets you earn extra calories with your workouts. If I don't have the calories, I don't feel tempted to eat them.

I've been tracking my calories for the past 3 days and I feel great.

I also love how MFP seems to have all foods listed!!
