Planning on starting the first of December. I heard from a few people that it isn't a program meant to be done every single day so have you guys just done every other day with some cardio thrown in on off days? Also how is the workout logged on MFP? Just as circuit training? About the levels. when do you know it is time to move up a level? Just when the current level is starting to feel easy or after 10 days?
Thanks!

I think it's up to you....

I aimed for 10 days at each level.....but if one level is/becomes too easy-then move up. My suggestion would be to aim for every other day with this work out....

I kept doing other workouts, stuck to my routine and just added this.

I added an exercise called 30 day shred and used a heart rate monitor to log my burn. Many people log it under circuit training.

    Good luck.

Oh, and one more thing-do take before pics and measurements. For sure! (I didn't, and wish I had. I took some after a week or so...)

Many post that I have read say that they did 10 days each level straight through the results have been amazing. You may want to check under success stories and type in 30 day shred results to see them.

When I tried to complete a round I did 10 days each level I missed a few days here and there because of life challenges but stuck straight through for the most part

When I first started the 30DS I did it everyday. I did 10 days level 1, 10 days level 2, 10 days level 3. Now you can do it that way or you can do it as a 6 day program with a day off. Really the good thing about it is you can kinda design it around you.

Now I have a HRM (heart rate monitor) so I log it using that but before I had that I logged my workouts as Circuit Training. The 1st 3 days were the worst for me as I was very sore but after that it started to get easier. If you feel after 5-6 days you want to try the next level go for it. I know people who stay on level 1 for a long time and some that went to level 3 after about 12 days. Again it's great because you can change it up however it works best for you.

Right now I jump around on the levels. I am trying to work it in twice a day so I will do level 1 or 2 first and then level 3 later on in the day. Good Luck and I highly suggest taking your measurments before starting. This program will help you lose weight but in my experience & seeing other stories--you will notice more of a drop in inches than in lbs in the short term . But I do love the program and just stick to it.
