Oh YUM! I made this recipe last night, except with wonton wrappers instead of eggroll wrappers:
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/389677-buffalo-chicken-rolls-103-calories
It was delicious!
Tonight I ditched the wrappers and increased the amount of chicken and made it Buffalo Chicken Slaw!! DELICIOUS!
1-1/4 cups broccoli slaw
3.5 ounces skinless roast chicken breast, shredded
1/4 cup Frank's ORIGINAL hot sauce (more if you want)
1/8 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp Boathouse Farms Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing
Microwave slaw on high for 3 minutes.
Mix chicken and hot sauce together thoroughly.
Add chicken mixture to slaw. Stir well.
Add blue cheese. Stir well.
Microwaver for 2 minutes on high.
Toss with dressing and enjoy all 215 calories!!!

That sounds amazing! And we love the broccoli slaw from Walmart, especially in the microwavable bag! Great recipe!!!! Thanks and can't wait to try it!0

Yum, but I think I will try ranch instead of blue cheese since I don't care for that flavor. Sounds fab though!0

I didn't even think of this! I'm a real blue cheese addict, but in this case I bet the ranch would be even better. Thanks for the idea!0 -

I am not sure about cooking the slaw, but will certainly cook the chicken and toss with the slaw.0

I love Buffalo anything. I think I could just dip pieces of bleu cheese in Buffalo sauce and be happy! Can't wait to try this.0
