Ok ok , So I have the biggest sweet tooth for candies . Such as ( now and laters, lemon heads, rolly ranchers ) and all that good stuff . Not a big fan of chocolate unless it's ice cream . But what I want to know is how to satisfy the cravings with something more healthier any suggestions?

I have a huge sweet tooth as well, I have found that fruit helps to curve this. When I absolutely can't stand it anymore I usually go to the sugar free candies. They are not as good for you as fruit it and they can give tummy troubles if you eat too much, but a small amount will help the craving.0

The healthier stuff just doesn't cut it. Go real...just in moderation. Plan for it and make it work in your daily goals...or just give in and eat the entire cheesecake0

Fruit sprinkled with sugar free jello.0 -
if you eat no sugar for a few days and satisfy yourself with protein, veges and whoelgrains (no fruit) you will not crave it after about 3 days.... if you continteu to want it after that point its mental, not physical.0

fruit, jello, yoghurt or any sugar free stuff... although... I personally don't recommend those sugar free things since sugar is replaced by chemicals...
If you can indulge with restrain then just have a candy now and then.0 -
I miss these:

The smell of something sweet seems to be enough for me. I have a sweet smelling body spray, candle, and air freshener. It seems to help when I'm home. At work, I have sugar free gum or I spray a light mist of the body spray. If I'm hungry too I seem to favor grapes, bananas, or plums.0

Took me a little over a week to break carb addiction. That was all carb those, not just sugar.0 -
Walmart sells sour raisins. They are pretty good and healthier version of sour patch kids0

I got a sweet tooth when I started dieting. But I attribute it to the fact I have cut my sugar intake quite drastically. I just manage it the best I can - berry herbal teas, chewing gum, and low carb bars all seem to help here. And looking at my macros and convincing myself I don't wanna blow my day with a sugar fix!0

I worked a little space in each day for a small sugary treat.
Then after two 1/2 months, I felt ready to try to tackle the cravings more directly, and went 5 days without sweets! (chocolate is my vice) The first day was hard, but after that it was pretty easy. After the five days, I had a "cheat" day where I allowed myself some chocolate (though still within calorie allotment) - I wanted to see if the cravings would come back full force...but they didn't!
I can't see myself ever living without chocolate, but it feels good to be loosening its grip
But as I said, I didn't try to just stop right away - I knew that would just lead me to quit and give up.
Hope this helps!0 -
I still eat candy, just in much smaller amounts, and I usually wait until the end of the day to eat them. So instead of a whole bar of Starbursts I just eat two, or just two Jolly Ranchers or two Amira tamarind tablets, and it's enough. I've noticed that even a small amount will take the edge off and I stop craving it.0

larabars. They are mainly fruit and nuts, completely healthy. Many of the flavors are sweet, and satisfy my sweet tooth. I also eat dark chocolate everyday.0

i've learned that sweets and moderation just don't work for me. i personally do best if i can cut out all sugary things for a while, then i stop craving them. i do have a pretty nasty coke zero habit though ( i know...that's bad too)0
