Im 21, 5,7" and 235lbs

When i was 17 i hit my all time high weight of 260 . Now that im 21 im 235 and My weight goal is to reach 160 lbs . That's 75 pounds I want to shed . I would love to be half way complete by April . So workout plans eating plans anything to help . Thanks

work out 30 mins a day do weights frist if u go to the gym it burns more calories .. ! after that do cardio do about 1 hour !! if u can try to go on the stairs manster for 30 mins level 4 !! that will help u lose a lot of weight.............................................
drink a lot of water !! salad fruit
make good choices ur the only one who can change them0 -
you may want to try to work your way up to that kind of workout...speaking as someone fairly recently weighing in around 250, I am not sure I could keep that up.
find something you love, that's the only way you will keep doing it. there are so many exercises and classes out there.
every day is a new day, there will be slips, don't hate yourself for it, decide to make each day better than the last.0
