French Toast!

Om nom nom... yes... I have perfected (IMHO) low(er) calorie french toast!
-2 pieces bread (day old preferably, and I like the sun maid cinnamon raisin swirl)
-1/2 cup egg white
-1/8 cup milk
-2 teaspoons cinnamon
... -1 teaspoon vanilla

Whisk everything EXCEPT the bread in a shallow bowl big enough to dunk the bread, heat frying pan (or griddle). Dunk bread, allow it to soak for a little bit. Fry. Top with fruit. And whip cream if you choose...

Om. Nom. Nom. :D

EDIT: Calorie count is totally dependent on what type of bread you use, and if you use whip cream (or low fat cool whip... :D)
