I am new to MFP, I have been pretty lazy this summer and have gained 25lbs so I am trying to get my mind right to loose that 25 plus another 10. Hope this works for me.

    log in your food everyday and squeeze in some cardio daily! you can do it!

    Hey Shay. Thanks for sending me the MFP link. I must say my 1st day went better than I thought. Now, about drinking all this water. Wow!! I hope to do better tomorrow. I plan to start drinking 1st thing in the morning. We can do this. 1 day at a time.
