quick meal/side for those who are pressed for time:
Peel 1 medium sweet potato chop up and nuke for 6 mins with some water in a microwave dish. Add 1/4 cup low sodium salsa (whatever spice lvl you like) Add 2 tbsp tex mex clubhouse spice mash together and serve. 10 mins to make its filling and easy to make.

that sounds great! also for protein + complex carb: half sweet potato topped with salsa and tun
