this site's exercise calculator...

I don't like to minus my calories from my daily exercises because, if food takes upwards of 75 hours to fully digest...how can the calculator minus what hasn't even manifest'd inside of me yet? look'n for any and all comments on this one. thanx.

    I guess you could work out your net calorie burn instead. ie exercise minus what you would have burnt anyway by breathing. There's a good acticle on it here

    That is true whether you are seeking to lose weight or not. Your body is constantly putting stuff into and taking it out of the fat cells of your body. This has to do with overall net from day to day. In reality your body doesn't even run in 24 hour increments. You could just as well consider things from a weekly over even monthly perspective, but it would be more difficult the larger the period of time gets. It all evens out in the end, and the point is not to get that overall deficit too large as that causes problems in the long run.
