Hi,

Anyone drink wheatgrass? How many times a day or week do you drink it? Notice any benefits to it?

    Best brand for wheatgrass? Which is better powder or the frozen kind? I don't have time to grow it myself. Someone please suggest who uses this.

    We sell shots of fresh wheatgrass juice at my work. I've only taken it a handful of times myself, but I've had customers tell me they've reversed their diabetes with it & one even said she cured her cancer with it.. don't know if I believe that, but I think it definitely has some health benefits. It's comparable to spinach, I suppose.
