Ok! I was thinking that a little difference is noticeable now and was just really excited to share! :D I am only down about 12lbs so far, but I'm also down about 10" which is I think a great start. Still a long way to go of course, but it will come! I am 5'2

    Thanks-it's nice to have validation!! :) I'm happy it's coming off my abdomen first, as I have never really had a belly, even when I was heavier before. It has really appeared in the last year or so, and I will not be sad to see it go! :)

    The exciting thing that happened this week was that my jackets that I have been too fat to wear are starting to fit me now, yay! :)

    Thanks! I am excited to actually see a difference already, it really helps with the motivation! Not to mention that it's a little less hard to fit my butt into my kayak now haha!
