One Day at a time

One day at a time is how im taking care of my health, Weightloss sometimes can be a drag and leave you feeling exhausted, which is why im not going to plan for tomorrow, or how much i want to weigh by the end of the week. I will eat small portions of what i love and is healthy, resist temptations, stay away from white carbs and set realistic goals. No more fasting for 3 days, loose 8lbs then gain it back. No more spending my entire day thinking hard about what i will eat that ishealthy and taste good. It will all be taken one step at a time, one day at a time, so that even when i reach my goal weight of 60kg, i can maintain it
