Hi guys,

Last month my personal trainer put me on a Biosigniture plan which involves taking fat readings from around the body etc. I won't bore you with the details but my results showed that I had a very low tolerence to carbs and dairy. Fabulous! :(

So I've had to really cut down on carbs/wheat/dairy etc and although I've noticed a massive change in my body (both mentally and phyiscally) I am running out of food ideas!

I can basically have:

Meat
Veg/Salad
Eggs
fish
Nuts

Any receipe ideas would be fab!!!

Thanks guys!

    stir frys
    currys
    omlettes
    scrambled eggs
    grilled fish and sald
    meat and two veg

    the possiblities are endless.

if you want a good gluten/wheat free carb then have some rice. make a home cooked dish like chicken curry or chilli and have a serving of rice :o)
    potatos also work x

Starchy carbs like potato, rice and pasta (even wholemeal) have quite a bad effect on me so I try to avoid where possible. The joys eh! But thank you all so much for your suggestions and ideas, I feel I can finally enter the kitchen again!

I like http://www.elanaspantry.com/ - breakfasts, breads, dinners & desserts and more, all gluten & dairy free, using nut & root flours, almond milk, etc. Easy to follow recipes.

You have a 19 page monthly limit with the NYTimes, but if you friend recipes for health, you'll get them posted on Facebook.

The nice thing about recipes for health is that they list the calories per portion at the bottom of each recipe.

If you google low carb gluten free recipes there are some wonderful web sites out there.
    The possibilities are really endless.
I don't have rice but make cauliflower rice - it's delicious - search it up.
Also when I make spaghetti I make thin strips of zuchini, sautee it and add a little salt and pepper, it's much nicer than boring old pasta.

I'm wheat intolerant (or can handle very very small amounts) so put a little bit of taco seasoning on top of chicken and peppers and make fajtas and instead of wrapping in a tortilla wrap in an iceberg lettuce leaf. You lose the calories from the wraps (at 120 a wrap!) and have more protein or veg instead :)
