GM so I just bought this new scale that tells me body hydration but does anyone know what is the good range for body hydration percent wise???
After some internet research I only saw one source that mention 40-50% but not sure how accurate that is considering I only saw one source.

Good Morning,
I used to have a scale like that, and although I don't remember what it was, I do remember that it was listed in the instructions or on the back of the scale or something. 40-50% sounds familiar...0 -

The scale gives you a hydration percentage based on your height, weight, age inputs you provide. I believe they use an algorithm using the perspiration from the bottom of your feet.0 -
