Hi everyone,
I'm new to this site but certainly not new to trying to get healthy and in-shape! I've been obese since I gave birth to my daughter 15 years ago. I have struggled with my weight most of my life since a wee-bitty thing and had many years of being thin as well as in shape but I just can't seem to get that mind set again. I'm staying focused but that's always easy for me in the first few weeks.! I'm 50 and in pain EVERY single day and I know by moving the pain will start subsiding and that's a big GOAL for me! Hope everyone is doing great and staying on track!

Is there any recipes or swaps of the such?
