Hello all!

I am aiming to bring in the New Year 15 pounds lighter! Any one have tips/tricks for fast weight loss? I am planning on upping my water intake,exercising a little more and a little harder, making healthy choices, and keeping my mind clear of wrong turns!!

Any help is appriciated! :drinker:

    Try eating at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies...you will find yourself so full especially with all the water you wont need to eat anything bad...also I drink coffee...lite on the cream with a splenda...it helps keep me full and energetic lol
  • everything u said should work out great...watch the fats and carbs and kick ur butt exercising and i think u can do it
