Just wanted to say hello and would like to make some friends to help me stay motivated. I am not doing any diet in general, just eating natural and watching the cals.
A tad about me, I am a S.A.H.M of six and to young to be tired, stressed, etc, caused by being overweight. My fitness regimen for now, will be walking and you tube Zumba. That is until my kiddos open their Wii for Christmas and then I am thinking either Just Dance 3 or Zumba?
Oh, I am a sugarholic, so trashing the sugar out of the house is going to be killer!

You can do it. It's hard at first, but you can. I still have Halloween candy in my house, and I use it as a low calorie snack in between meals. Before I learned portion control and will power, the stuff would have been gone in a week.0

You can do this...I don't consider myself dieting either, I just eat healthy and watch portions. It's more of a life style change. Welcome and feel free to add me for support and motivation! :flowerforyou:0
