Can anyone suggest me a few excersises, for my stomach, and my buttocks. I'd like to lose 44 lbs. I'm 22 kilos overweight. Some say that I only need to lose 7 kilos, but I'd feel alot better when I weigh 64 kilos again. I currently weigh 86 kilos.... What videos can I download to use for excersising for the next 30 days up until janaury the 12th. I made a bet with my sister, the one who loses 7 kilos before janaury comes, the loser buys the winner icecream. :) so I'm skipping on sweets and milk. I'm wondering if anyone is willing to give me challenges everyday. I'm 21 years old. and when I'm 22 I'd like to weigh 64 kilos again. Or lets see if I can do this in three months. Please add me. I'd like to do the excersises at home. Videos on youtube/megavideos would help too.

Running has always melted the 'butter' off my lower body and mid-section!

The exercises that work best are the ones that leave you slightly out of breath and that you do regularly over a period of time.

Whether you dance or run or work out with weights or do zumba, the actual choice of exercise type doesn't matter as long as you keep it up and keep changing what you do. Strength training with weights can be a great choice for losing weight though.

No reasonable amount of exercise will make you lose weight if you don't control your eating though, if you don't do so already I urge you to log your food intake on here, using the apps if you have a smartphone, logging your calories and being able to see how much sugar you're eating (preferably very little) will help a LOT.

    Good luck. :)

Since you love dancing, that's a great calorie and fat burner, as it'san awesome cardio workout. I think the suggestions of doing circuit training would be good for you too, so exercise dvds that do strength and cardio to burn extra calories!
  • Cardio Cardio Cardio (i.e. running, jumping jacks, stairs... basically anything that makes you slightly out of breath)!!! Of course, for added benenefits, I would add in some strength. Unfortunately, you can't target one specific area for fat loss... so don't waste your time doing endless amounts of squats or sit-ups. I find that running, zumba, elliptical, kicking all are very useful for getting rid of my trouble spots!
  • Thank you girls. If anyone got anymore advice I'll take it. :) For now tomorrow I'm doing Challenge #2. then I'll start jogging again tomorrow at 5.2 mph. I also would say that I do it at5 or 6 pm. for about an hour.
